Julia Heller, CPT (she/her) is a highly qualified personal trainer with over five years of experience who has spent the majority of her career in a physical therapy clinic. Her work is best described as detailed and supportive, laying the foundation for patients to return to pain free, functional movement.

She is certified as a personal trainer (ACE), a Women’s Fitness Specialist (NASM), and a mobility specialist (FRCms). In 2019, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from Fordham University/The Ailey School with a BFA in dance and a minor in math. Her interests include women’s health, senior wellness, and athletic health and recovery.

She is also a professional contemporary dancer and often freelances in NY with other emerging artists. Her dance training naturally built her interest in kinesiology and led to her pursuit of movement education as a personal trainer. As a dancer and a lifelong learner, her goal is to teach each person about their body and movement with patience and compassion.

In her spare time, Julia loves to paint, craft, do puzzles, and enjoy live music throughout Brooklyn.
