Isha Mody, PT, MS, PRPC, is a Physical Therapist specializing in pelvic health for all genders. Her path to the field began early, when she found herself pulled toward work that could bring together movement, science, and connection with people. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy at Manipal University, India, and went on to earn her Master's degree in Exercise Science from Long Island University, Brooklyn. A pelvic health internship during graduate school solidified her specialty and has anchored her clinical focus ever since.

Isha approaches patient care as a collaborative partnership rather than a one-size-fits-all protocol. Rooted in a biopsychosocial, trauma-informed framework, her treatment style blends manual therapy, patient education, movement, and coordination with other providers as needed. Above all, she aims to build a space where patients feel safe, understood, and equipped with the knowledge to take an active role in their own recovery.

Based in Brooklyn, Isha spends her free time baking sourdough, experimenting in the kitchen, working out, running, or caring for her expanding plant collection. An avid runner, she runs a half marathon annually and ran the 2024 NYC Marathon.
