Dr. Elaine Borja-Jaffe is a board-certified Physical Therapist specializing in pelvic health, TMJ dysfunction, and Bell's palsy/facial paralysis. With a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Psychology from Union College and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from New York University, Elaine is highly qualified in her field. She is an active member of professional associations such as the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), the Physical Therapy Association of New York (NYAPTA), and The Academy of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy.

Elaine's expertise lies in pelvic health, addressing a range of conditions including urinary and bowel incontinence, pelvic pain, and sexual dysfunction. She is also proficient in assisting women in post-mastectomy and breast reconstruction recovery. In addition to pelvic health, Elaine specializes in temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction and orofacial pain, considering the surrounding joints, myofascial dysfunctions, and postural deficits.

Elaine has a special interest in rehabilitating individuals after Bell's palsy episodes and facial nerve injuries, and post facial nerve reanimation surgery drawing from her personal experience with facial nerve paralysis.
