Dr. Asra Abdullah - PT, MS, DPT, OCS, CCCE, 

Physical Therapist & Clinic Director - Asra is a New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts board certified physical therapist. In addition, she is also an American Physical Therapy Association Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS). Her entire education was obtained from Boston University. Here Asra became a senior physical therapist, academic advisor, guest lecturer, and consultant with the Athletic Enhancement Center. Asra’s focus has been on manual therapy techniques and functional training through post-graduate work with Boston Medical Center, the Graston Technique ®, and Gary Gray Chain Reaction courses. She also serves as our clinic director and academic coordinator at our 46th Street location. Asra practices at both our 46th street location and other corporate locations. (email)

Aaron Huppert

PT, Cert-MDT - Aaron attended undergraduate school at the University of Michigan, and graduate school at New York Medical College. He has over 15 years of experience in the field of sports medicine.

In 2011, Aaron was recognized by the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) as an Advanced Hip Clinician. He works closely with NYC’s top physicians, and as a Certified McKenzie clinician has become an indispensable resource for individuals with pain resulting from spinal disorders.

Aaron also holds a United States patent on an innovative ankle brace that has undergone clinical trials in several European markets.

Until recently Aaron owned his own practice at the 92nd Street Y. As of December 2014 we are proud to have Aaron join the H&D team! Aaron now practices out of our East 88th Street location.
