Sofia is a patient-centered physical therapist driven by curiosity and a genuine passion for understanding how the body works and how to support its healing. She prioritizes helping patients reconnect with their strength, mobility, and confidence through thoughtful, individualized care. Sofia earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University, where she developed a strong foundation in evidence-based clinical practice.
She has experience across a variety of clinical settings, including general orthopedics, sports injury rehabilitation, and acute care. As a Pilates enthusiast, Sofia enjoys incorporating these techniques into her treatments when appropriate. She values building meaningful relationships with her patients and is committed to helping each individual set, pursue, and achieve their personal goals.
