Deborah Quilter is a movement educator with a specialty in helping people overcome pain without strain. As author of two books on repetitive strain injury (RSI), she began to investigate various healing methods, and eventually began teaching her own innovative movement/relaxation program. Her creative techniques also helped other chronic pain conditions, as well as relieving anxiety and stress. She founded a program to teach Yoga to senior citizens at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York City. She's appeared on NBC News, Fox News, New York 1, Martha, Canal + (French t.v.), Pure Oxygen and been interviewed by many national newspapers, magazines and radio shows. Her  books include (The Repetitive Strain Injury Recovery Book and the best-selling Repetitive Strain Injury: A Computer User's Guide. Ms. Quilter is a certified yoga teacher, personal trainer and Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement ® teacher.
