With over 16 years in the field, Amy has an advanced certification in manual and orthopedic physical therapy and is currently completing her DPT. She specializes in sports and orthopedic injuries and golf injury rehabilitation using a manual approach with joint mobilizations, myofascial release and core stabilization routines. Amy was the supervisor in the orthopedic and sports department at Georgetown University Medical Center and for Plus One Physical Therapy. Amy trained at DUKE University. At H&D her focus is on the sports and orthopedic population. In her time away from the clinic, Amy is a freelance sports anchor for a local cable channel.
