Amy McGorry, PT, MTC                                at 82nd Street

With over 16 years in the field, Amy has an advanced certification in manual and orthopedic physical therapy and is currently completing her DPT.   She specializes in sports and orthopedic injuries and golf injury rehabilitation using a manual approach with joint mobilizations, myofascial release and core stabilization routines.  Amy was the supervisor in the orthopedic and sports department at Georgetown University Medical Center in Washington, DC, as well as Plus One Physical Therapy, trained at DUKE University and worked in Greenwich at the Physical Therapy Institute in Greenwich, CT. She joins H&D with a focus on the  sports and orthopedic population.  In her time away from the clinic, Amy is a freelance sports anchor for a local cable channel.
