Al Bingham, Director of Yoga

Al Bingham has collaborator with Greg Hullstrung and H&D Physical Therapy for more than a decade. Al is a certified Viniyoga teacher through Gary Kraftsow and the American Viniyoga Institute. Prior to that Al was Director of Yoga for Yoga Zone Studios, co-author of two books on Yoga, published by Random House. Al also developed content for three seasons of the Yoga Zone tv show which appeared on FoxSports, the Health Network, WebMD tv, et al. Al works with committed students who are passionate about collaborating on a personal practice.
