Stella completed her Bachelor’s at University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines and has practiced physical therapy in New York City since 1989.  Her clinical experience includes home care, geriatrics, sports medicine, orthopedics, pain management, pelvic floor pain and continence rehabilitation, pregnancy, extensive manual orthopedic therapy, and visceral manipulation (including pelvic visceral mobility for infertility). Stella supervised a PT department for 5 years and was a director at Clear Passage Therapy prior to joining H&D in 2007 as a specialist in manual orthopedics and pelvic floor rehabilitation.
